Q1: What items are eligible for replacement at Aquila Apparel?
A1: Eligible for replacement are size exchanges and faulty products.
Q2: How can I initiate the replacement process?
A2: You can initiate the replacement process by contacting us on WhatsApp at 03219541549, and our representative will guide you through the selection of the article you want to replace.
Q3: Is there a time limit for making a replacement claim?
A3: Yes, replacement claims must be made within 10 days of the original purchase.
Q4: How long does it take for a replacement to be processed?
A4: Replacement requests typically take 5-7 working days to be processed.
Q5: Are there any shipping charges for the replacement?
A5: Yes, there is a Rs: 600 shipping charge for the replacement.
Q6: How does the replacement process work in terms of product exchange?
A6: Our rider will bring the new product to you, and you will need to pack the previous product and hand it over to the rider at the time of delivery.
Q7: Are replacements only accepted for new items?
A7: Yes, we only accept replacements for new and unused items.
Q8: Does Aquila Apparel reserve the right to cancel a replacement request?
A8: Yes, Aquila Apparel reserves the right to cancel replacement requests under certain circumstances.
We aim to process all returns with 5-7 working days of receipt.
During busy sale events please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer any refunds however in the case where we won’t be able to offer an exchange or any solution we may offer a refund in the form of store credit.
In the case of refund shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
The minimum period for processing refund is 5-7 working days.
Exchanges during a sale or on a discounted product are ONLY applicable if there was a mistake by packing staff and the product received does not match the product you have ordered.
Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
The product is damaged because of use.
The product was tampered with.
Shipping
Shipping rates
- 0-1.5kg Rs 250
- 1.5kg-2.5kg Rs 250
- 2.5kg-3.5kg Rs 300
- 3.5kg and up Rs 350
Orders placed by 4:00 pm (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service. Orders received after 4:00 pm will be dispatched the next day.
Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan’s National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
Delivery time is between 2 to 4 working days(No delivery on Sundays). However delivery can take up to 7 working days during the busy shopping season or our mega sales events.
We will deliver to the home or office address indicated by you when you place an order.
We cannot deliver to PO boxes. All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt. We will try at least twice to deliver your order at the address indicated by you.
